About ACAF
We're on a Mission teaching children how to be water safe.
The African Children Aquatic Foundation (ACAF) was founded by Arrie and Lizette Botha, owners of Kiddies Aqua Swimming Academy, the largest swimming academy for infants and toddlers in South Africa. Established in 1993, the academy serves nearly 4,000 swimmers each month across eight branches, and recently expanded internationally with its first branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Lizette, a world-renowned expert in infant swimming, previously served as a Board Member of the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation (South Africa). Alongside Arrie, she continues to lead various projects under the foundation’s auspices. Lizette also traveled to Monaco to teach Princess Charlene’s twin children, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, essential swimming and water safety skills.
